Terms and Conditions – Mobi Store

First: Introducing the store

Mobi Store is an online store belonging to Mobi Industry Company, headquartered in:

Riyadh – Second Industrial City – Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The store operates in accordance with the regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including the e-commerce system and the personal data protection system.


Second: Acceptance of the conditions

By using the Mobi Store website or completing a purchase, you acknowledge your full agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions and the privacy policy.

No changes will apply to requests that were confirmed before the date of publication of the amendment.


Third: Eligibility for use and customer acknowledgment

  • The user must be at least 18 years old to complete purchases through the site.
  • The customer acknowledges that all data entered is correct and complete and assumes full responsibility for updating it when necessary.
  • The customer is obligated to use the products according to the manufacturer's instructions, and bears responsibility for any incorrect or unauthorized use.
  • The customer acknowledges that completing the order constitutes a contractual obligation to pay according to the chosen payment method.


Fourth: User accounts

  • If an account is created on the site, the user is responsible for keeping their login details and password confidential.
  • The user bears full responsibility for all activities that take place through their account.
  • The store has the right to suspend or disable the account in case of misuse, entering incorrect data, or violating the terms.


Fifth: Products and Prices

  1. All prices shown include VAT (if applicable).
  2. The store reserves the right to modify prices at any time before the order is completed.
  3. If the product is out of stock after the order is completed, the customer will be notified and will receive a full refund.
  4. In the event of a clear technical or human error in the price or an illogical product description, this does not constitute a legally binding offer, and the store reserves the right to cancel the order before shipment with notification to the customer, giving them the option to:
  • The order will be completed after correcting the error.
  • Or cancel the order and receive a full refund without any fees.


Sixth: Payment

  • The store provides secure electronic payment methods through approved payment service providers.
  • Payment data is entered through an encrypted and secure payment gateway, and the store does not store bank card data on its servers.
  • All financial transactions are subject to review and approval by the payment service provider, and the customer may be required to provide additional information to complete the order.
  • The store may cancel the order if the payment process cannot be verified, and will notify the customer accordingly.
  • In case of order cancellation or product return, the amount will be refunded via the same payment method used, according to the period specified in the return policy.


Seventh: Shipping and Delivery

  • Delivery takes (2–8) business days within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  • The customer must enter a correct and complete address.
  • If delivery fails due to an address error or non-receipt, the shipment may be rescheduled with additional charges.
  • The order cannot be cancelled after it has been shipped, and is then subject to the return policy.

Eighth: Returns, exchanges, and order cancellations

First: Returns and Exchanges

  • The customer has the right to request a return of the product within 7 days of the date of receipt, in accordance with the provisions of the Saudi e-commerce system.
  • The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its complete packaging.
  • In the event that a manufacturing defect or an error in the order is proven, the store will bear the full shipping costs.
  • The refund will be processed within a period not exceeding 14 working days from the receipt and inspection of the returned product, via the original payment method.


Second: Cancel the order before shipping

  • The store reserves the right to cancel the order before shipment in the following cases:
  • Product unavailable
  • Payment could not be verified
  • There is a clear technical error in the price or description.
  • Additional information is needed to complete the application.
  • In all cases, the customer is notified and the full amount is refunded.

Ninth: Intellectual Property

All website content, including texts, images, logos, and designs, is protected under the intellectual property laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and may not be used or republished for commercial purposes without prior written permission from Mobi Industry Company.


Tenth: Limits of responsibility

  • The store is committed to taking the necessary care to ensure the accuracy of information and the safety of services provided.
  • The store is not responsible for any damages resulting from misuse of products or the entry of incorrect data by the customer.
  • The store is not responsible for any delays or disruptions caused by circumstances beyond its control (force majeure) such as natural disasters, government decisions, or interruptions in shipping or payment services.


Eleventh: Privacy and Data Protection

  • We are committed to protecting our customers’ data in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Law in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  • The following data is collected for the purpose of fulfilling requests and improving service:
  1. the name
  2. phone number
  3. e-mail
  4. Shipping address
  5. Payment information (processed by the payment provider and not stored by the store)

Twelfth: General Provisions

  • Offers or discounts cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.
  • All operations are subject to the store’s internal policies and the regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  • If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.


Thirteenth: The applicable law

These terms are subject to the regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the Saudi courts have jurisdiction to consider any dispute arising from them, with both parties seeking to resolve any dispute amicably before resorting to the judiciary.
