Shipping and Delivery Policy

Shipping range

  • Shipping is currently only available within Saudi Arabia.


Order processing time

  • The order will be processed within (1–3) business days from payment confirmation.
  • The processing time does not include official holidays.


Expected delivery time

  • Within Riyadh: (2–5) working days.
  • Other cities: (5-8) working days.


Shipping fees

  • Shipping fees are calculated and explained to the customer before the payment process is completed.
  • Shipping fees are currently fixed (25 riyals) for all orders within the Kingdom (unless otherwise stated during order completion).
  • The customer receives free shipping for orders exceeding 500 Saudi Riyals.
  • The store reserves the right to modify shipping fees or the free shipping limit in the future.


Delivery delay or failure

  • In the event of a delay beyond the control of the store (force majeure/operational circumstances of shipping companies), the customer will be notified immediately of the expected delivery date.
  • The customer has the right to cancel the order and receive a refund if the delay exceeds the standard period.

Unless the delay is due to force majeure or a reason attributable to the customer.

If the shipment cannot be delivered due to:

  • The customer entered an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, or
  • The customer did not respond to the shipping company representative or could not be reached.

This is considered a reason attributable to the customer, and the store is not responsible for the resulting delay.

In these cases, and upon the shipment being returned to the store:

  • Shipping fees are deducted from the amount paid.
  • The product value is refunded to the customer after the returned shipment is received and inspected.
  • If the customer wishes to reship the order again, a new shipping fee will be charged.


Delivery mechanism to the address:

  • Orders are delivered to the building entrance or house gate only, and the delivery person is not obligated to enter the house or go up to the floors.


Shipping during holidays, festivals, and peak seasons:

  • Order processing or delivery times may be affected during Ramadan, holidays and peak seasons due to order volume and shipping companies, and the customer will be notified of any expected delays.


Damaged or lost shipments


Delivery address

  • The customer is responsible for entering a correct and accurate address.
  • If an error in the address resulted in delivery failure, the customer bears the costs of reshipping.
